Courier choice and cut-off times

For goods ordered before 2:45pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays), we are normally able to dispatch In-Stock items on the day of ordering using DPD (in some circumstances Fedex and UPS). For items under 2kg, Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 is offered. Note: Royal Mail 24 & 48 are NOT guaranteed to be 24 or 48 hours! - select DPD if your order is urgent. Orders placed after 3pm will usually be dispatched on the following business day (subject to availability).

It maybe possible, by arrangement, to dispatch same-day for orders placed after our cut-off, but please call us to confirm before ordering.

Same-Day Courier

If you need items straight-away, we can arrange a same-day courier delivery within the M25 and other South-East locations. This service is provided by CitySprint. As a guide, delivery to a central London location would be £60+VAT (correct on 21/03/2024).

Packaging

For environmental reasons, our policy is to use the minimum amount of packaging required to safely deliver your goods. Sometimes, we will re-cycle in-coming packaging, so the packaging for your order may have signs of previous use.
